I think the point is to have fun while doing it. With play you can just move your body,and just thinking about it in this way relief a sense of stress of having to spare a particular time in your day in exercising.

Exercise doesn't have to to just be something you do, it can be fun. It may seem childish, but you can still run around with your friends and have fun.
