How many times per day should I exercise

I have found that exercising in the morning helps start my day off in a good way and with a good attitude, I also find that I feel more awake and energized though out my day, as for how many times a day a person should exercise I believe that once a day is enough, because you’re walking around doing things that you need done so there for you’re still exercising in a sense.
