just incorporate more eggs, nuts, seeds, lentils, fish and lean meat in your diet. for example, you could add chia seeds to your cereal/ morning smoothie to help with fibre.

I think sesame oil and concentrated grape juice(we call this mix in Iran:arde-shire) on bread will be good.oats and eggs are great too.
