I will hopefully, think about the benefits of reading, when I don't feel like it. I will hopefully think about the outcome of me not reading and the positive side if I read. I must be in the mindset that if I don't read now when will let very do it.
Try to find something that is very similar and requires reading. Maybe try reading a comic book instead as you may find drawings with words to be stimulating. Sometimes, you might not feel like you want to read because you don't know what to read. Ahead of time, you can make a list of books that you want to read eventually, and when you don't know what to read, you can quickly refer to that.
