I’m a person who is constantly on the go! My favorite vegan breakfast during the cold winter months are a half cup of old fashioned oats, a cup of soy milk, and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Pop it in the microwave for a few minutes to have a warm and hearty breakfast!
Well, I'm not a vegan actually, but my favorite breakfast is oatmeal with banana and other fruit(depends on mood). I prefer to cook my oats with milk, but you always can substain it with vegan milk.
