I relieve myself by drinking tea, or maybe just sleep to let me forget those stress that I am enduring.

Commit to giving yourself 10 minutes a day to meditate or journal or both. With meditation you become more mindful of your stress and triggers and a daily practice is really helpful.

I’m a big fan of mindful meditation. It’s helped me to realise that I can’t control everything, amd that’s okay. Also, going on walks with my dog is very therapeutic.
