Junior F.
Generally speaking, people are grateful for goods that tend to be taken for granted, such as the family that they belong to, their friends, being healthy and fit, having a roof above their heads, having food to eat everyday, drinking filtered water, and most importantly, being able to breathe and having an other chance to live. Thus I would say that gratefulness usually refers to such domains as love, life, money, ability and support.
