Truly anything you enjoy! If you need anything to-go:
– Smoothies (stock up fruits and veggies in a ziploc and put it in the freezer, so you can just take it out in the morning and pop it into the blender)
– Hard boiled eggs
– Granola bars (KIND bars, Nature Valley, etc)
– Greek Yogurt with granola
– Avocado toast with Everything but the bagel seasoning
– Or, grab a quick healthy breakfast like a parfait or healthy morning sandwich

A bagel makes a great breakfast, with some healthy fillings and doesn't take long to prepare. You can always add some salad leaves to add extra minerals . Some tasty fillings to try; smoked salmon and low fat soft cheese, bacon medallions and a poached egg (you can add spinach to both of these) or if you have a sweet tooth, chopped banana with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I like overnight oats with non dairy yogurt and milk and I add chia and hemp seeds! In the morning I top it of with whatever fruit I have.
Also I love toast with almond cream cheese topped with walnuts or tomato.
Sometimes I make omelet or scrambled egg with vegan egg substitute like vegan egg or just egg! Yum 😋

Toast. Toast has protein. You can put hummus, bean dip, or nut butter on toast to get even more protein if you want. A smoothie is another good choice. Add yogurt, protein powder, or nut butter to your fruit and milk to get some protein. Try adding a little bit of vegetables, like celery, lettuce, or cucumber. Or for breakfast on the go you could just grab a fruit and a bag of nuts or seeds.

I'm a big fan of hard boiled eggs and/or trail mixes. I like to get thw raw ingredients and make my own trail mixes, that way I can be sure what is in them.

The first you think of are probably fruit and vegetables which yes are an option. Another quick food would be perhaps a pack of mixed nuts. Also, you could start meal prepping so that you can’t wake up with your breakfast already waiting for you.😊

I make scrambled eggs in advance and then can heat them up for week. Add chives and cheese, veggies, anything you want to mix it up and feel like you aren't eating the same thing everyday. I also like smoothies or a protein bar.

Fruit! Fruit and nuts great for on the go. Fruit goes with cereal, yoghurt, oatmeal, peanut butter, toast. I usually eat eggs for breakfast because I love a hot breakfast, and they are filling enough so I don’t get into a sugary snack cycle during the day. But when I don’t have the time to make the eggs, cereal with fruit is a go-to.

Watermelon, grapes, banana, or other type of sweet fruit to energize your day.
Eggs, sausages, or any other type of protein.
A toast, bread, tortilla, or any other type of carbohydrate.
A glass of natural juice.

Hard boiled eggs. They can be refrigerated for up to 7 days after being cooked. Fresh berries and a piece of any kind of toast you wish you have.

I like a loaded oatmeal; ie, it should have extra fixings like, chia and flax seeds, fruit, 1 cup of milk, nuts (especially if I roasted them on my oven). When I am too busy to eat it the traditional way in a bowl, I make it a smoothie.

I struggle with this question myself. As of late I have fallen in love with fried eggs, they are so fast and easy to make, especially on early mornings with little to no time to spare. It has become my favorite way to eat eggs. I fry my eggs over hard so the yolk is not runny, but that’s the joy of eggs there are so many different ways to make them; fried, scrambled, omelette, poached, boiled. I try to pair my egg with a piece of fruit like an apple or banana. I may bump it up to two eggs for a more filling breakfast or add a side of whole grain toast.

Depends on the season. I love porridge with grated apple and a drizzle of honey.
For summer I love a simple fruit salad with a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top and some nuts or seeds like pepitas.

So if you're looking for something quick I would meal prep healthy things the night before or at some point during the week so then it I'm more of a quick healthy grab.
