I meal prep on the weekend including breakfast. I make overnight oats and usually either bake or fry eggs for the week that way I can heat and eat and not have to put in a lot of effort before work. I am not a morning person so having things prepared helps. If I plan to have smoothies I pre measure my fruits and greens and put it in individual freezer bags so all I have to do in the morning is dump and add my protein and liquid.
