I am a vegetarian and I feel quite weak for a person who’s only 29 years old. Is there an Indian meal plan that can be suggested to help improve my energy levels and have a holistic approach to diet, i.e. ensure all necessary dietary requirements are met through the diet plan?

It sounds like you should talk to a nutritionist or a dietitian about your concerns. I’m neither but I’m a fan of the Mediterranean diet. It sounds like you may need more protein and/or iron in your diet so perhaps incorporating eggs, beans, and tofu might help. (Not sure what foods are high in iron…) But again please see a Dr for your health concerns. 🙏🏼
