I like to wake up slowly in bed. That means my morning routine doesn’t happen lickety split when I first wake up. And I eat before I take a walk. Are those good habits?

These habits are good and having a slow morning can be a good chance to reflect on what you want in the day. However if the morning is slow because of distractions like technology or social media, these can often mean that you don't get the full benefit of a quiet morning.
