I think granola would be great instead of nuts because it’s crunchy too and if you want to can do it homemade. Hope this answer helps you ☺️

To prepare my porridge i put fruits and oatmeal. Banana, papaya, mango, mirtilo… I put chia seeds and flex seeds. It get very nutrition 😊

Having a healthy diet does not necessarily mean that you have to get a certain nutrient from certain foods. If you want to incorporate the nutritional value from nuts despite your allergies, some alternatives include seeds, dried fruits, and fresh fruits. A nut allergy does not necessarily mean that you are allergic to seeds such as pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, or sunflower seeds (but there may be some cases wherein people are allergic to seeds). Fruits are a much better option though if it is readily available and is cheap. I hope this helped, goodluck!
