What kind of juice I should have in the morning?

I think apple juice! Its sweet but not too sweet and its smooth so theres not any texture problems like with other juices and overall is just a nice juice to drink with about anything!

I usually would say to avoid juices and stick to water, but if you have access to fresh or unprocessed juice that's great! Apple juice is good for mornings as it can supposedly help with memory, and orange juice helps with waking up 🙂 it really is up to personal taste, you can always research, and try to take note of how different juices make you feel, that's the best way to know what it does for your body and mind.
