heard a really good one the other day. The guy said “meditate like you are holding an egg. If you are careless, you’ll drop it, but if you try too hard, hold on too tight, and you’ll crush it instead.”
That’s been very helpful to me so that I don’t take it too seriously, or get to frsutrated when I wander off.

Body scan where you concentrate on breathing and you’re getting aware of how your body touched your seat. You’re getting guided to feel your body and to be in the now.

At the moment I’m working through basics on headspace but there was a visualisation on budding where you zoom out from your room to the universe which was good. Helps to put things into perspective. Good luck.
