Greek yogurt and berries of some sort. The protein and antioxidants are a great way to start the day
Wheatbix with soy milk Toast and butter
Fruit and yoghurt or oats
Pastries with strawberries and a small glass of milk
Boiled eggs and cucumbers and coffee
Basically anything that doesn’t require me to use the oven or stove. 1. Fruit: apples, blueberries, raspberries, banana 2. Yogurt: mix in pecans, walnuts, and dried fruit and it’s fast and filling 3. Eggs: if I know I’m going to have a busy morning the next day, I might pre-make some scrambled eggs the night before, then pop them in the microwave in the morning (pour a bit of milk on them so that’s they don’t dry out)
Nothing much just have fresh fruits. I I prefer cornflakes +milk or oats. For busy mornings you can have peanut butter and brown bread they are easily prepared and healthy too.
Yoghurt + granola. Toast and a topping.
Probiotic yogurt, protein bars, or granola bars
Protein Granola, pre made and taken to work.
