Basically anything that doesn’t require me to use the oven or stove.
1. Fruit: apples, blueberries, raspberries, banana
2. Yogurt: mix in pecans, walnuts, and dried fruit and it’s fast and filling
3. Eggs: if I know I’m going to have a busy morning the next day, I might pre-make some scrambled eggs the night before, then pop them in the microwave in the morning (pour a bit of milk on them so that’s they don’t dry out)

Nothing much just have fresh fruits. I I prefer cornflakes +milk or oats.
For busy mornings you can have peanut butter and brown bread they are easily prepared and healthy too.

I prepare and soak oats overnight. Before I go to bed I portion out nuts and toppings so when I wake up it’s a simple scoop of oats, yoghurt and a sprinkle of goodies.

Drink a glass of water can help me not eating much for breakfasts and actually I can hold my gut from eating too much.. for my busy mornings’ breakfasts, I usually eat at least rice and bread.. or if I got oats at home I prefer to eat oats because I found it might help me to not to feeling hungry at a short time.. Ihave to eat rice or oats just to avoid myself from gastrics during mornings.. sometimes, if there is only bread at home, I will eat it with eggs.. I cannot eat only bread without egg because my stomach is sensitive to it.. 😂😅

My go-to breakfast for every morning is scrambled egg whites and a large vegan protein shake. I mix my shake with one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a scoop of Beauty Infusion cranberry flavored collagen powder, and a half a teaspoon of green matcha powder. I find that this combination is very filling, doesn’t give me a sugar crash in the middle of the day, and the matcha really gets me going!

I usually make an oatmeal kind of cream. With those powder oatmeal packets and thorw fruits in it.

I bought a high quality meal replacement that is great for my busy mornings. I also do banana, Greek yogurt with some fruit in it and a packet of instant oatmeal. Or one of the early suggestions from this app a big spoonful of peanut butter and banana or apple I also try to drink at least 1 cup (8 oz) of water before eating.

Hello, chopped fruits, a handful of nuts and some slices of cheese is usually a good option. A cup of yogurt with some honey and seeds is easy to carry as well. An easy to grab option could also be anything with toast, like avocado and poached eggs, or butter and jam, or peanut butter, bananas and honey You can never go wrong with a piece of fruit like an orange, an apple, a pear or a banana. You could also make a sandwich overnight like a turkey cheese sandwich, a hummus sandwich, or a smoked salmon sandwich. These are all quick, and easy to carry options if you’are in a hurry.
