What are some of your favorite stretches that you would recommend ( I’m fairly flexible so I don’t mind if they are hard.)

Stretching my arms up to the ceiling and then down my my toes, I stretch my arms across my body the down my back, I stretch my legs up infront of me and back behind me

I don't have a favorite one but I love the shoulder roll and the upper back opener they are the most helpful for me and I hope they will be for you as well!
