Try pilates. It involves a lot of calm, gentle movements that give you the same burn as say lifting weights without the rough intensity on your body. I highly recommend finding someone on youtube if you don’t want to pay for a class. Blogilates is one person I recommend trying. The best part about pilates is it doesn’t involve using weights so your muscles won’t hurt while you are working out.
