Any form of exercise that you enjoy is the best. That way we will be consistent in doing it otherwise it’ll only be a chore. For me, the best exercise is to dance while my gospel music is blasting. I feel happy, energised and motivated to exercise more.

Anything that moves your body! Stretch, roll, bounce, shake. Don’t push your muscles too far yet – they’re waking up too. Start slow and low intensity and ramp up.
