There are three exercises. I stick to them. I will change/increase only the reps for each exercise, when it becomes easier.
In the beginning I think it's best to stick to one exercise then as you get into the habit of exercising you can go ahead and do different exercises every morning, or switch every other day, week or month.
For me I like a variety of different exercises: cardio, strength or yoga . I change up so I can challenge my body and see just how strong I am
