Good habits to add can be taking a shower or washing your face in the morning, making or reviewing a to-do list, or doing something mentally challenging like a puzzle

First of all start your day by drinking water, then a quick workout, yoga or meditation. Then to take a refreshing bath after that and to eat a healthy breakfast after that. I think it’s the best way to start a day🌼
