What app do you use to mediate if any?

"May I, and all the worlds and all beings, be filled with the supreme bliss of Nibbana"
According to my religion, the Buddist Philosophy, our concept in meditate is this and I had a peaceful feeling when I was meditating in this way.

Usually I would go to a YouTube guided meditation or meditation music with binaural beats for the best results (for focus meditation for work I use alpha frequency ). All of these meditations have tremendous benefits whether you do a 10min session or listen while you work

I recommend Insight Timer if you suffer with stress and anxiety but it covers 90% of topics. Parts you can pay for but if it was me stick to the free meditations of which there are thousands. Sophie X

Balance is by far the best app I've used for meditation. I've used a few different ones, but I really get on well with balance. There's plenty of single meditations for different things and plans for more in depth skills learning, different colour noises to help with focus and sleep. Sleep meditations and stories and notices. It's by far my favourite meditation app.

Insight timer. I pay for premium so I can download my favourite meditations and don’t have to have wifi on to listen to them.
