What am I supposed to feel physically, mentally, and emotionally during meditation?

I believe that meditation doesn't give you a particular feeling. It depends on how YOU want to feel. That's why there are different ways of meditating. You will receive your answers once you start meditating. It teaches you to live a happier life and guides you through your difficulties. You'll find your perfect answer when you start doing it.

Everybody has a different goal for meditation and depending on what it is, chances are you will find what you need in the silence of your space and the focus on your breathing.
