Well, my sleep rhythm is sometimes not so great, I go to bed in 2 am on some days and I want to change that. I just want to ask, how other people handled a bad sleep schedule or rhythm they had.
Changing a poor sleep schedule can be challenging, but it’s definitely achievable! Start by setting a consistent bedtime and wake-up time, even on weekends. Gradually adjust your sleep time by 15-30 minutes each night until you reach your desired schedule. Create a calming pre-sleep ritual, like reading or meditation, to signal to your body that it’s time to wind down. Also, limit screen time before bed and ensure your sleep environment is comfortable. Share your journey with others; you might find support and accountability helpful!
I recommend establishing a routine, habit, pattern to adjust your timing to prepare for bed. I also recommend taking zzzQuil about an hour before you lay down. Only time you’ll wake up would be to use the restroom which you knock out then lay back down and fall back asleep.
