I have been meditating at least once a week for a few months now. And at first I couldn't stop thinking about different areas in my body that were aching. Now I don't notice any aches, and after a few minutes hardly notice my body at all.

Usually I notice that my lower back or my legs are tenser that I normally think they are (I’m assuming you’re talking about meditation?). It takes focus on that area to relax it.
