Usually, what do you do for exercise?

I vary between longer and shorter routines. I start with stretching to loosen my muscles. Then, I drink a glass of water and do some deep breathing. From there, I do more stretches standing, then sitting/laying on the floor. I go into more active exercises like lunges and squats. When I am struggling to feel motivated, I just do stretches because I feel so much better when I do at least that!
