Sometimes I feel lost and don’t really know what to write in a journal , can you suggest some really important stuff to put in my journal please and thanks !

I think the best thing to do, is just start writing and don’t think about it. And if you can’t find the words maybe start drawing something. Everything you write or draw is important. Even if it’s just one word.
