Sometime I want to sleep but I can’t stop using phone. So what should I do? But I can’t stop using phone.
It’s common to struggle with phone usage before sleep. To create a healthier bedtime routine, try setting a specific time to put your phone away, ideally 30-60 minutes before sleep. You can also replace phone time with calming activities like reading or meditating. Consider using features like 'Do Not Disturb' to minimize distractions. Building this meaningful ritual can help signal your body that it’s time to wind down and prepare for restful sleep.
I use my phone throughout the day. By evening, my battery is quite low, and I also struggle to put my phone down at night. So, I let my phone die. It puts a limit on my ti.r to use it and forces me to put it down as it is no longer able to do anything. My best advice is to either let your phone die, or, once it needs to be charged, don’t touch it after its on the charger. It helps a lot for me.
