It’s better to have a nutritious snack if you’re still full…. But I believe it’s important to eat breakfast. Unless you’re on a strategic fast. But eat breakfast to set yourself up for the day.
Sometimes it happens that we are still full from our last night’s meal. In this situation we should settle down on low fat meals like oats or omelet but never stop drinking water in early morning.
