I leave to work early morning and cooking as early as I wake up just isn’t possible. I carry my food to work with me and eat my first meal at work about two hours after I wake up. As I believe the expertise of the Fabulous team, I believe they have hard evidence for their advice but I wanted to hear that from a fellow user. Is it worth the burden to make and eat breakfast as early as you wake up?

Hi! Congratulations on your journey! I am a big breakfast person, but on days where I do have to go into the office I find it very difficult sometime and find that I am just not hungry before I leave. I have pushed myself to either prepare something small the night before (fruit and nuts) and that has helped me a lot. When I do that I still eat what I normally would for breakfast a little later in the morning once I am at work so I still have that satisfaction of the foods I enjoy in the morning. Some days I plan to treat myself too and order a smoothies from a local fresh foods store near me. This also gives me something to look forward to. Hope this helps you!

I think you shouldn't eat breakfast as early as you wake up. When you wake up you can drink water or do some simple exercise it will make your stomach ready for food and your stomach will work properly.

Hi, yes there is no doubt that I feel more energetic and able to focus more after putting food in my body and before taking on the tasks of the day.

Yes it is defiantly better to eat right when you wake up. It starts your morning better and wakes your brain up for the work

I think a breakfast to get your metabolism and body going after a long night of rest is important. I think most importantly is having breakfast and not when it is prepared. If it's too difficult to prepare a meal in the morning, consider making something the night before like overnight oats or something that takes less than 5 minutes like a smoothie. It's not so much when it's made but making your life easier by having breakfast accessible and easy to access so it cannot be skipped
