What’s a breakfast idea thats high in protein that isn’t eggs? I’m a vegetarian so meat’s a no for me

I like overnight oats, and I use Fairlife milk because it's lactose free, low sugar, and high protein. Yogurt with fruit and nuts/granola can be good, too, and I usually use Greek yogurt for more protein. Anything with some peanut butter is good, or even a smoothie if you add milk or yogurt or protein powder.

You can try eating nuts, legumes, lentils, beans, oats and they say egg white is vegetarian so you can try it if you can.
