I try to make my meals at home as much as I can. Not only is it a good way to get the financial stress out of my mind when I eat out but it also gives me an opportunity to destress when I am cooking..

When staying at a hotel, I usually have two slices of toast with ham and cucumber or tomato, or some yoghurt with fruit for breakfast. I generally look at what’s available and pick things that’ll keep me going until lunch. Oatmeal is also a favourite.

When I know I’ll be in a hurry with limited choices, I’ve found that apple slices with cinnamon sprinkled on them , along with a small amount of cheese (a healthy cheese, not the highly processed kinds) does wonders. It’s quick, delicious and highly energizing-and you can pack it ahead of time. (A little lemon or lime juice will keep the apple from discoloring.) So, that’s one great option.😁

I would go small, cut bacon, eat toasts but try not to go with something too sweet to put on the toast. Probably I’d go with 1 or 2 eggs, a small portion of fruit and a peanut butter toast.

Ones I’ve been to usually provide muslie, toast, yogurts, fruit and juice, selection of teas, eggs, etc. These would all be healthy options to vary by day.

For myself I Try to lean towards the healthier options usually available: oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit. The scrambled eggs and a piece of whole wheat bread is sometimes available as well.
