In all honesty…..it just depends how your regular works for you. I was actually doing mine around midday, but I’ve now added an extra 15mins in the morning. So for me, mine was working fine, however I needed more guidance so doing it in the morning just helped to solidify my manifestations right from early on and the afternoon ones just helped me to stay on track. Try a few whisper affirmations while brushing your teeth when you wake while looking in the mirror. Start small and see how you get on.
