My question is does meditation really work. I’ve been doing for a while now before bed but I’m it’s not making me fall asleep faster or actually make me calmer and worry less, so my question is does it really work?

There are different forms of meditation. Its simply listening, both the sounds going on outside & the ones within—your thoughts—and let them go. Also, you can simply lay comfortable & practice stillness. Bring your awareness to the present moment as you lay still. Start with 5 mins, if it doesn’t feel right its ok just commit to 5 mins a day.
