My question for those who’d like to give advice to me (if anybody would): What would you say is the best way to quiet your mind down and have no intrusive thoughts running rampant in your psyche? I’m curious to read some answers 😊.

I mostly use Fabolous’ 478 breathing exercise to calm down, sometimes I listen mindfulness podcasts and if they don’t work I write down what I have in my mind and usually cry after that. Crying helps me to regulate my emotions.
