Most mornings, I am in a hurry so I find myself eating quickly on my way out the door. I’d love to hear some practical and filling recipes to eat on the go.

Overnight oats had been my recent go-to because I prepare it the night before. It's one cup of oats, one cup of milk, and then whatever else you want to add! I add in chia seeds and yogurt, and sometimes I'll add maple syrup and vanilla extract. A fruit topping is also a must for me; usually strawberries and blueberries. One that I'm looking forward to trying to a chocolate and banana mix! All made in an airtight container to make sure everything gets soaked up and mixed.
