Maybe a protein shake. Avoid fruit smoothies or juices, they have a high glucose index and spike your blood sugar wich is worse when you break your fast than during the day.

Water is the absolute best of course, but tea is really healthy as well. You can even drink extra healthy tea if you make it all natural, with herbs, instead of a tea bag.
