I don’t like eggs but I really need to get more protein in my breakfast. How can I do that?

You can replace eggs with all kinds of beans, cereals and milk products.
Some people have allergies to eggs or are lactose intolerant and can't have any milk product, yet they're still finding alternatives for a healthy breakfast and are doing just fine.
You can as well have at least one meal of eggs per week since you don't like it so much. One time won't hurt 🙂
