Most of the time,I like to prepare something delicious for breakfast, when I get up. It gives me something to look forward to.
I prepare the night before that way I can focus on other stuff in the morning. I go in at 5am I leave my house at 430 am. I wake up at 345 or 4 am. So that works for me . Everyone has a unique schedule molded personally . Doesn’t really work for everyone else. FYI
I have good and nutritious breakfasts, but I try to keep them pretty easy and quick, so I make them in the morning as part of the waking up process.
