I’ve been trying to get into an exercise routine, but I have a lot of old negative messages from when I was growing up about how I’m “just not athletic” and I look stupid when I try to exercise. It actually makes me feel bad if I try to exercise or even when I’m exercising. Has anybody here overcome something like that, and how did you do it?

To be honest, this is a “ my life” situation. It’s time to understand that you are doing it for yourself and not for others. Enjoy the moment and just love the process. It’s self love and you deserve to be and feel happy!!!! Go for it!!!
