It’s really hard to do every day. What is your motivation to keep it as a habit

What keeps me motivated is thinking about the results. When I’m feeling lazy, I ask myself, “are you happy with where you are?” Then I think “if you don’t take the steps nothing will change, you will still be here a year from now, unhappy with where you are.” A quote that keeps me motivated is, Do something today that your future self will thank you for.

CONSISTENCY OVER INTENSITY!
It doesn’t have to be intense everyday but it has to be done. So I go for (I need to get it done) over (it’s too tedious doing this).

I have given up way to many times in the past to make lasting change. I am giving fabulous a chance and trying to stick to it. The goals seems achievable and small steps are great starting out. I haven’t felt overwhelmed
