Do you feel your energy levels drop on days you don’t exercise?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Yes, many people experience a drop in energy levels on days they don’t exercise. Regular physical activity boosts your mood and energy by releasing endorphins, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall well-being. If you notice this pattern, consider incorporating short, enjoyable workouts or movement breaks into your routine. Establishing a consistent exercise habit can help maintain your energy levels and promote a healthier lifestyle.

No I don’t feel that my energy levels drop but sometimes I get more upset and annoyed. I think part of it is because it’s something that I would have liked to do and also it’s an outlet for me for energy release, going after my goals and connecting with my body
