Yes sure. Before meditation when I woke up I have nothing important to do,so I spend my time on my phone and even watching TV. Now when I woke up I take twelve(12) minutes to think about my life, family, knowledge,and now I feel better,I can even remember something I won't, it makes me cool. I'm more attentive to the others and it's hard now me to get angry for little things which happens daily…I hope I helped you guy,keep on cause it's such a very good habit☺️

I am no longer on medication for high blood pressure!
This was totally unexpected! I've been practising these things intentionally for the past 9 months…. I haven't had a bout of depression since April 2020 either. I've been a sufferer of depression for 10 years, post breast cancer.
I'd say that this change of lifestyle and attitude has changed my life remarkably!

ပြောင်းသွားတယ် တရားထိုင်ပီးရင်ပိုပီးစိတ်တည်ငြိမ်သွားသလိုခံစားရတာရယ် ပီးတော့စိတ်ထဲမှာလဲရှင်းသွားသလိုခံစားရတယ် ဆက်တိုက်လုပ်သွားမယ်ဆိုကိုယ့်စိတ်ကိုပိုထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ပီးကိုယ့်နဂိုပုံစံကနေပြောင်းလဲနိုင်မယ်လို့ထင်တယ်

No because i am new to meditation. All i know is each time i medidate i become a better person. i feel great especially if i do it in the morning.
