No, I don’t have specific style or type of meditation. That said, I find that I do typically have a specific time. I do a morning and evening meditation. I find that gratitude meditation is extremely helpful. I also really enjoy mindfulness while doing daily tasks like driving to work, walks, or chores. This tethers me to the present and makes appreciate the beauty at unfolds around me.
