Is it right to have breakfast after you work out?

I don’t it’s right to eat right after exercise, maybe some time later, like after an hour or something, but I’m not sure if it’s scientifically right, it’s just what I feel like.

In my experience, yea. Eating before exercising could lead to your stomach getting upset because maybe you didn’t wait long enough to digest. The physical benefit is you burn more calories on an enough stomach.

I will say yes. My opinion is that the energy you lost at workout needs to be regained from the breakfast. Although workout after breakfast may result worse than we can think about.
