How do I change my night routine so that I wake up early?

Well meditate and write down for what are you grateful, take care for your skin, drink water, and read for 20-25 minutes. And then sleep a little bit early than before. Make sure to make this as a routine and you will wake up in the morning earlie.

Well, the best thing you can do is make sure to sleep early. Sleep at a time where u get at least 8-9 hours of sleep. Trust me, your body will thank you! Before you sleep, the best things to do is read a chapter of your book, journal your thoughts in a diary or journal and drink a glass of warm milk. Once ur ready, get in bed and sleep while thinking of all the things you are grateful for. Sleep well!

Go to bed at the same time every night. A winding down ritual is a good place to start. Drink hot tea, read, or do an activity that doesn’t require a lot of attention. Wash your face, brush teeth, and have PJs ready. Doing this every night enforces the habit and you’ll start to feel sleepy earlier. I would start at 11pm, then work down to maybe 10:30 to start routine, depending on when you want to wake up.

What hast really helped me ist to actually get up earlyer, you'll be more tired in the evening to go to bed earlier.
Then what you can Switch in the evenings is to get ready before getting cozy (watching neutflix etc.) So you just need to go to bed when you're tired.
Try going to bed At the same Time each day to get At least 8 hours of sleep and to form a Routine.

Don't use your phone before going to bed. Try to read books instead. Then once you felt sleepy, turn off your lights and close your eyes. Also, you can set an alarm for you to wake up early the next day. Get up when you hear your alarm. Because if you press the snooze button then sleep again, you'll just have another sleep cycle and it will be harder to wake up and it will make you feel more sleepy.

Start by going to bed early and getting up when you are supposed to. It is tempting to snooze and lay in bed past the time you should be awake but that will only exasurbate the issue. If that is something you want to do se your alarm to 10-20 minutes before bed.
