Is exercising later in the day just as beneficial as exercising in the morning?

Yes because I get more energy in the afternoon so I feel more relaxed when I do it in the afternoon but in the morning I have school I don’t rlly have time to excessive

I think exercising in the morning is a great way to boost your energy for the rest of the day. I feel more alive after working out in daylight and have a more productive day.
