Is it possible to be able to split up my exercise into parts during the day? I have a dog who I walk three times a day. Once when we wake up, once when I get home from work, and once before bed. I would also like to have an actual exercise time for just me during my day. Is this possible or is this too much?

That is actually quite awesome and yes it is possible and healthier than someone who works out full fledged for 30 minutes to an hour 3-5 times daily. The reason I say this is because the body is being cultivated( gradually building muscle and toning) in my opinion. The body has a more successful rate of you continuing to better your body. Instead of strenuously working out and then falling off because they didn't cultivate their bodies and now the body starts to slowly gain the weight back! I am no expert. So try it out and really devote yourself to this trial( 2 weeks)period and see how it feels in this way. Make a chart or poster board to monitor and see if you are better versus dedicating it to one time exercise within the day. I hope this helps. Good luck on your journey. Be kind to yourself and recognize that you can do anything you put your mind to. But you still need to be good to you!
