How do you plan the week ahead’s exercise to include cardio, strength, core, etc?

Well , I don't write down what I have to do, I try to have a routine every day . I plan my day a day beforeby thinking of it.So when I wake up I know what I have to do this day.
If I plan my hall week I fell a little bit stressed up. So it's like planning the week every two days

plan ahead for what you want to do. think about your bodies capabilities and what you will be able to do after the previous day.

I'll do just some light stretching. Dancing on my favourite music will do. and I also have plan to learn some basic easy to do yoga position.
