How can I make myself to exercise more?

Hear or watch your favourite upbeat songs while working out, and always start with a warm-up for strength training.
Follow a healthy diet, so you'll feel more active for exercising.
And start exercise first thing in the morning, with some nuts, if you don't want to do in empty stomach

Go on a walk first while listening to music, and enjoy it to the fullest. Then pick up a exercise, ( maybe a push-up) and do it only 5 times. That's all. Just start.
