Sort of. I drink some water and stretch when I wake up. Then I get ready for my day. When I take my dogs for a walk, I throw in a little light jog and then throw in small exercises throughout the day at work.

Yes – stretches in my pyjamas, occasionally followed by a run (outdoors in my running gear). Reduces the number of times I have to change my clothes, and as it’s always the first thing I do, other tasks don’t tend to get in the way, because I have the whole day ahead of me for those.
